About Me

With nearly 15 years of experience in office administration, I’ve had the privilege of supporting charitable organisations and their dedicated volunteers in key areas such as office coordination, financial oversight, and outreach. My passion is helping charities operate more effectively—streamlining systems, boosting productivity, and easing the administrative load so teams can focus on making a difference.

My career began in advertising as a Production Assistant—learning the ropes (and making the tea!)—and I steadily progressed through the production ranks, gaining hands-on experience in electronic and print media, business administration, and design. After taking time out to raise my children, I returned to work in local government as a financial administrator, eventually expanding into administrative support for several not-for-profit organisations.

Some of the recent projects I’ve been proud to support include:
– Coordinating budgets and logistics for a 300-guest fundraising ball at the Eden Project in Cornwall
– Leading the procurement and implementation of digital business systems to modernise operations
– An ad-hoc website design project https://www.peninsulamedicalfoundation.org.uk

I stay up to date with the latest IT tools and software through continuous professional development, ensuring my services remain both efficient and cost-effective.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to listening carefully, understanding each organisation’s unique needs, and delivering results with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Working remotely from my fully equipped home office in Somerset, UK, I’m available to support your charity’s mission—whatever it may be.
